You’ve got to give it to Tate Modern, they sure know how to get some mileage out of that Turbine Hall. Ceramic seeds, sunsets, spiders, many other things beginning with a sibilant. Now is the time for old punk ballet bad boy Michael Clark to get on his marks as the Tate announce free performances of New Work (that’s capital ‘N’, capital ‘W’) right there in that vault of a room. Following on from last year’s exceedingly well received debut, the new commission will even invite members of the public *cleans hands with anti-bacterial gel* to join the shindig. There will also be film screenings, collaborations with Charles Atlans and Stevie Stewart and no doubt a fair bit of eyeing up across the proceedings. It all starts on Wednesday at 9.30pm and carries on until 11 of the evening on Sunday.
