The Exhibition: Yamamoto at the V&A

Yamamoto at the V&A

What do you get when you pair the most sculptural genius in all fashion with one of the world’s premier arts spaces? An exhibition of the most sculptural genius in all fashion at one of the world’s premier arts spaces, that’s what! Or, to be more precise, an exhibition of the work of Yamamoto, the Japanese master of origami-turned-clothing, at London’s favourite, the V&A.

The exhibition starts on 12th March, which is Saturday next week, and includes 80 pieces, both womenswear and menswear, in an installation-based exhibition that you just know will take your breath away.

It is his first solo show in the UK and tickets will make sales of hot cakes look sluggish by comparison, which is why you should probably do the sensible thing and book here now!
