If anyone had the delicious fortune of catching French and Saunders doing a few turns on Radio 2 over the Christmas period they will be *insert appropriate verb* themselves at news of their return to the wireless waves over the Easter period. Quite possibly the funniest things on radio since Round the Horne and/or Sandi Toksvig on The News Quiz and/or Elaine Page on a Sunday, Dawn and Jennifer will be doing their thing – and we all know what their thing is – on both of the Bank Holidays we’re getting over the Resurrection long weekend, from 12-2pm. Listen out for surreal chat, the Someone With Their Mum slot, lots of talk about chocolate and probably something along the lines of this. Which we’re still laughing at four months later.
